This was a big win for Denver. We have been losing games like this for the last few years. It was ugly but this is our biggest win in awhile. We won a lot of ugly games in 2015 so be patient broncos country bc all we need to do is get in the playoffs and anything can happen.

@Juls c they won a game against another Qb that looked terrible. a case of bad beating worse. cant play like that against a good QB. Both teams were able to barely muster up enough to get one TD. so many missed opportunities from both QB,s dropped passes overthrown balls to wide open receivers by both QB,s. That score says it all.Garoppolo looked like the back up that he is. Wilson looked like a stater who should be backup.

Nathaniel hackett cant call plays to save his life, but at least he managed a game clock somewhat mediocre? Yeah this is improvement but this aint gonna cut it against any real contender.
Yeah we had some scrappy games in 2015 so I am curious if this season is going to be like 2015. Lots of stress that season, but we did end up winning the super bowl so I’ll take that haha (knock on wood).
I remember us barely beating the Browns in OT in 2015, everyone said we were overrated, then we whooped the Packers the next week

For instance: ’66 Packers, (Ray Nitsche & Co.) 70’s era Steelers (Steel Curtain); ’71 Vikings (Purple People Eaters), ’72 Dolphins (No-Name Defense and Killer B’s)) and the best of all time the ’85 Bears (Richard Dent, Mike Singletary etc.) I’m a big fan of good defense since I played defense ‘in my day’

Actually, I think New England did that one year on a punt. Or was it Pittsburgh? Anyways, they punter lined up not directley behind the snapper and the ball was intentionally snapped out of the back of the end zone. They got the ball back and scored and won.

Hackett deserves credit for the quality game management. That and the defense are the big reasons the broncos won. The offense will find its stride. Took manning and the broncos a handful of games in 2012 too. And they didn’t have a new HC either

As a Broncos fan, I’ve never felt so awkward about being happy for a win. This has been the weirdest start to a season that I can ever remember.
We just have to get better on offense
It’s really not that weird haha it’s the same thing we’ve seen for years. We have talented players in marque positions but the O and qb are disappointing again
The main difference is our qb is being paid like a top 5 guy but playing like a rookie. Hopefully he fixes it
It’s not just the weirdest season for the broncos but for the whole league. Has the makings of the craziest NFL season ever. By far the hardest year ever for pick ems, those are a disaster this season.

I watched this whole game, after Trent Williams got injured, it just went down hill for the 49ers. I pray for his speedy recovery! Congrats to Denver on their first TD in the redzone this year!

Kyle Juszczyk is such an amazing athlete. He’s pretty much the only true ball carrying fullback left in the NFL. I really wish the 49ers would give him the ball more often. It’s ridiculous that he only gets like 10 rushing attempts per season.

Tbh as a Broncos fan, I’m damn proud of that W! Coach humbled himself and got play calling assistance, tam didn’t become whiners when the refs swallowed their whistles, they kept tripping over their own feet but they kept pushing! The dropped balls and bad throws will clean up with more reps and confidence but that smart, hungry, NEVER QUIT play was the difference maker! Proud of you, @Broncos! Keep it up!!
