He then goes 4-6 for 56 with a penalty that halted us we settle for three but had a 12 play drive taking of tons of clock. Defense was playing stellar. Chinn then gets FF at the 20 yard line Darnold then proceeds to go 1-3 in 2 drives so his TD was handed to him.. You can be a fan sure but you clearly didnβt watch the same game unless you just saw highlightsβ¦ lol
@Aaron Bell context is good. Just donβt downplay that touchdown. That looked great. Appreciate a touchdown. Whatever happens moving forward happens. Iβll say this though. I guarantee that Sam will take over mid season if baker starts. Just my opinion.

Sam was and all the other quarterbacks were under duress last year. Atleast sam made it competitive. As far as mayfield, letβs see how that plays out. Iβm curious myself. I still think Sam is the best. That o line last year was atrocious.

Outstanding play call on the second down Darnold TD pass! You never saw that last year, it simply would have been a running play to set up a 3rd down pass that the defense knew was coming. Amazing what some competent play calling will do for a QB and a team.
