@JAY JACKSON we were last and passing offense because we went through four different quarterbacks! If Hardy played every game last season he would be somewhere around 73 catches for 800 yards in six touchdowns that is wide receiver two/three quality right there! And I agree with you some part on Callaway there was some games where he looked iced out and could not get off of coverages! Without the Saints front office in Mickey Loomis we wouldn’t have 25 million cap right now! Loomis had two rookie of the years in the same season that’s only been done twice! This team still went 11-5 when they had a healthy quarterback and no Michael Thomas! When Emanuel Sanders Who was 33 at the time killing it as our number one wide receiver! A Mickey Loomis or anybody from the front office wants to get fired his team would be in a lot of trouble

@JAY JACKSON All I’m trying to say is a Healthy Quarterback means everything to a team look at the year Rodgers went out the Packers had a top 10 draft pick when Rogers there their draft picks 20 to 32 you know so it’s all about a healthy quarterback

@JAY JACKSON I also agree that this team needs help at the receiver position I would say the draft more than free agency because Odell and Jarvis are looking for over 15 million which I wouldn’t pay for a ride receiver that 29 years old! The only guy I want a free agency is honey badger

@AintThatNate and all I’m saying is that saints can’t continue to go through the same process that they have been going through in terms of drafting and acquiring FA when it’s proven to not work anymore and it’s not gonna matter who they have at Quarterback because a team is only as good as the pieces they put around a quarterback. You have the special cases where teams have an all world quarterback that can elevate team play but even that only goes so far because you still the up to par talent. The patriots are kind of like the saints when it comes to FA and drafting although I think even then they get better players than the saints but don’t you remember toms last year in NE everyone thought that he was too old and that he should hang it up because offensively they weren’t getting it done and they were being carried by the defense? The next year he goes to Tampa where the team is stacked and all of a sudden he looks like he can play until he’s 50 and why is that? He had multiple elite weapons and the team as a whole was complete. The saints offensively only worked through Mike T and we can’t even be sure we can count on him being the same guy when he’s been gone for two years. This isn’t the league anymore where you can get by with one target and the best teams have multiple weapons and the saints aren’t operating like that. The proof is in the pudding so depending on how many weapons the saints get in the draft and if they don’t spend the first two picks on receivers you’ll see it again where the saints aren’t a SB caliber team and we’ll be in the same place we have been for last several years
