Kevin warren with that big 10 experience can help poles with the draft scouting especially from that conference.

    Matthew Jay Evans

Just dont draft anybody from Ohio State, Michigan, or Northwestern hahaha

    George Ismail

@Matthew Jay Evans STUPIDITY AT IT’S FINEST! HOW DO YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELF BEING SO MENTALLY CHALLENGED?!

    Shane Giofu

    @Matthew Jay Evans Why not?

CollinsK85

Way to GO Poles, Making Moves to Put BEARS on Top, Love to see it 🧡💙🏈🐻⬇️🙌🏾

Jugnu Ahluwalia

Ryan Poles and Kevin Warren together are going to help lead this team into a new Era. I am appreciative of these hires. Best hires. Colored hires. Those two things are possible together. (I’m of East Indian decent myself.)

    The Big Three

@AllDay3004 That’s not relevant to today tho, I understand that was a problem, but now it’s not, and there is no need to make a big deal over it. Black or White if you are good at your job it shouldn’t matter, idgaf if a gotttt damn alien made the bears better, I just wanna bear tf down 🐻 ⬇️

    JoeCashFlow1BC

@The Big Three why did you bring it up? He meant no disrespect, none taken. You on the other hand d quick to throw the red flag. Bear Down Bears !

    Shane Giofu

@Matthew Jay Evans Bears fans have not been patient for 38 years. They call for heads to roll damned near every season. I see people on here screaming about who should get fired after wins.

    Tuff Genius

@The Big Three hasn’t always been the case in the history of the nfl.

    The Big Three

@Tuff Genius It’s not a big deal, if it is to you guys then fine, I care about the bears and I think that Poles is great, I love the Warren contract and position, bear down 🐻⬇️

rob daniel

“I have a plan for it”. If Cunningham leaves, sounds like Poles has a guy in mind for another assistant GM.

Matthew Jay Evans

I’ll support Poles and Warren once we start winning again. Until then I can’t give any support. Win first celebrate later.

    Electric

Injuries are the only thing that can derail this runaway train to greater success.

QuinntonB

It’s interesting if you dissect what he was saying without saying.. I get the sense that he knows warren is gonna have ultimate say and he’s hoping warren let’s him make the final decision. Which won’t happen. I could see poles stepping down in 2 years lmao

    Electric

Wrong, you’d have better luck guessing lottery numbers.

Nathan 75

I completely agree with how Poles said to build a team but damn if I ain’t in win now mode. 😟

    Shane Giofu

Win now mode is part of why the Bears haven’t been able to sustain success for well over a decade.

MidwayMonsters1

Thankful for poles speaking more than once a year and having some transparency w the media and fans. Hopefully he keeps doing that as the years go by

FRANZ DOREZA

I’m telling you right now that Claypool will be a WR1… hr just needs more time.. and obviously they need top notch defenders not lesser options..

    Jove

Hot take bro I’m sorry but not as sorry as we’ll be for giving away the 32ndpk.

    Shane Giofu

@Jove I actually agree with this. I’m quite happy overall with the decisions that have been made so far to free up cap room and get set up for a proper rebuild, but the Claypool trade was a mistake.

Antonio Washington

Bears 🐻 fans, Should be very excited about the new regime era that the new front office is doing. No more poor cheap results nor excuses. This new staff is above and beyond the long haul, Especially a new Arlington Heights Stadium 🏟 is underway. I hope the Bears name it “HALAS FIELD” just like Ford Field in Detroit and Lambeau Field in Green Bay. NFC North, You have competition and we’re bringing the NFC North back in the Windy City. Bear Down 🐻.

Amahd Cole

I like what Ryan poles is going to do with this team with Kevin warren

Smear60

Let him cook

Rashea White

You raise the standard, and don’t you come down for no one or nothing, Ryan (GM).👍🏾💯 Congratulations! Honor.🥰

Cashis Clay

Go get Lovie Smith for our DC.💯

    Shane Giofu

@Cashis Clay Lol, no it won’t, because Lovie’s Tampa 2 scheme doesn’t equate that well to a game that’s progressed in the decade since he left Chicago. It’s too predictable and easy to scheme against. It’s why guys like Eberflus and Williams are changing it to the point that different personnel is required to run their versions of it. The two years Lovie coached the Bucs after he left Chicago, their passing defense was 16th and 27th. I won’t harp too hard on his passing defense in Houston, as their personnel is awful, but the way Lovie runs Tampa 2 isn’t flexible enough for the modern game, unless the personnel is absolutely amazing.

    Cashis Clay

@Shane Giofu Tampa and the Texans had totally different players then Chicago had on defense. Football is football it doesn’t matter what decade it is, if you have the right players you can make it work.💯🐻⬇️

    Shane Giofu

@Cashis Clay That’s not true either. If the 85 Bears with the same personnel ran the 46 defense today they would get thrashed. The right players don’t mean anything if your system hasn’t adapted to changes in the game.

    Michael Fisher

    And REX GROSSMAN

    Cashis Clay

@Michael Fisher Rex could come back and be a tackle drill dummy.💯😎👍😂

Lafayette Wright

This the best the Bears front office has looked in years now it time to put that work in 🏈💪🏾🐻

    Michael Fisher

3 & 14 I think in there history they were only worse once. Abe Gibron 1 -14

    Lafayette Wright

@Michael Fisher now its time to work and build and turn that around🐻

    Shane Giofu

@Michael Fisher That was the price of getting properly set up for a complete rebuild instead of the patchwork BS we’ve been unsuccessfully doing for over a decade.

    Michael Fisher

@Lafayette Wright I hope so. But unfortunately in life some for whatever reason excel and some don’t. Anybody ever been to green Bay? Since the 60′ they’ve had better teams than bears. Exception ’85 why? Cause they keep it simple. Same with patriots give Brady protection a runner & receiver. Everything else is just competent. I think it was A. Rizzo that said it’s hard to believe that the great 2nd city has such bad to mediocre teams If the great bulls every year we’re thinking of trading Jordan. Hawks were good for a while but don’t follow hockey something about they frown on dynasties. Cubs once in 100 years and Madden almost blew that. Ok too much. All I know is Ive been 6 fan since early 60’s 1 year to hang hat on . let’s talk in 1 year somebody will bring Crow

Electric

Bears 🐻 fans George McCaskey hit a grand slam with this latest hire of Kevin Warren. In fact I think we are close to attaining all of the Infinity Stones. We’re almost there. Let’s see if we can get the rest from the draft. Fingers crossed 🤞

    Shane Giofu

We’ll get a lot in free agency too. Having over 120 million to play with is kind of a huge deal, and it was totally worth the poor results this year.

    Electric

    @Shane Giofu Agreed 💯

Shane Giofu

The most important thing Poles had to say:

“to sustain success for a long period of time”

That’s the part I’m seeing that I really like so far. They sacrificed this year to set themselves up to build a team that fits their scheme this offseason that won’t put them in the position of having to constantly restructure contracts and/or let go of key players. That level of foresight has been missing for a long time. I have no problems walking away with the worst record in the league when the goal was quite clearly to do a proper and complete rebuild, instead of the patchwork rebuilds we’ve been watching for over a decade.

    vito faiello

    💯

    Shane Giofu

@Bob Sokoloski Yes, I am seeing sustained success, and a front office willing to sacrifice this season to set themselves up to to do it, in spite of the inevitable backlash from armchair analysts such as yourself.

Frank Zepeda

I am fired up about it too bra should be a great match for what we’re doing here. Finally men that know football and running things in Chicago. BEAR DOWN 💯 Guy’s totally stoked

Anson Lamb

He looks stressed… Good! We need accountability. It will be a long long time before we get this opportunity again. The Bears must become a winning organization!!

Rockin' Billy

cool sideburns!
