I keep hearing nothing but positive things about this new management, from inside and outside sources. Scouts, agents, coaches, players, even maintenance has had good stuff to say. Stay the path Mr. Poles. Nothing good ever comes easy or free.
I mean that’s usually what you will always hear only good things. Im pretty sure when nagy got hired nothing but good things were said but talk is just talk lets see the results
@raul lopez difference is Nagy didn’t have people jumping at an opportunity to coach with him. Nagy brought ZERO people with him because they knew he was a hack. You can already see the results if you watched pre season and see the heart all 53 play with.
The true tests will come once we start losing games. How do they handle those situations, adjust, etc.

We seen Ryan Poles address da more in 7 months the Ryan Pace did in 7 years Ryan Poles and Matt Eberflus is a complete 180 from Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy u can tell from da pre season we gone be wayy better this year desite our talent deficiencies compared to da loaded rostor we had in 2020 or 2021‼️💯

I like these guys & have from Day 1. Though I think a few of the early player negotiations might have been approached or handled differently–I never quite understood the approach on the Bills guy & was curious about that. Of course, can only go by everything I read. Eberflus has really impressed me–I concur and have thought many of the exact same things Poles mentioned. Have had a few coaches thru college–Eberflus exhibits some of the best qualities of all of them. Picked up on that Energy, consistency and no nonsense say what you mean from Day 1.
Thank you Ryan for all you’ve done to make the Bears believe in themselves, and giving this old man a chance to enjoy them once again. I grew up in Arlington Heights. Saw my first Bears game in 1954.

I love what I’m seeing and I’m so glad they didn’t sign a bunch of big-name players with huge contracts… He’s doing exactly as he said he would… Build this team through the draft because it’s easier to sustain success without having huge contracts for one player… And just because you don’t know who these players are that they drafted doesn’t mean they can’t be great NFL players. Immediate fools always want the obvious choices, they never do enough research or watch a video on these guys and instead they criticize without any knowledge… And that makes these idiots look even worse. This regime is doing a great job so far… Even with all the nonsense we are still keeping it together and I completely respect that… These guys look for extremely athletic and versatile players… And they also teach that with excellent coaching… That’s why this team looks better than last year even though most people think they have less talent… Whatever… Keep the great work going Ryan!!!!
