They have 2 Co-defensive coordinators? I thought Kris Richard had this job. Either way, Richard must be the one who puts the little fire they have under their asses, because this guy sounds unmotivated as hell along with Dennis Allen.

    maybe he’s just sad he doesn’t have a defensive backfield that can tackle. As far as motivation, the players are professional and supposedly have Leaders and captains on their team. Just because he doesn’t motivate you means nothing

If you still teaching the same things every week and people are Digressing and there’s no consistency Something is wrong and changes need to happen. What I would do is pick one as my Defensive coordinator.. Cause two man systems don’t work in college football. Definitely ain’t going work in the NFL. Also bring in a offensive minded coach as a consultant to Dennis. Let him start implimenting his offensive ideas incase Dennis doesn’t pan out; he would be ready for next year to take over.. Yes Dennis you get one year.. Take no prisoners!!!!!! WHO DAT!

    Bascially what’s wrong with D is we lost our pro bowl caliber Safeties and replaced them with over priced FA’s but Maye still could be ok. Carmichael is doing an excellent job IMO with all the injuries on this team. So DA has the OC you’re talking about. I don’t blame coaching just yet for the Saints woes. We’re still only one game back in the division. I’m disappointed and frustrated as anyone from our team’s dismal performance. But us side chair GMs, Coaches, and Monday Morning QBs are not going to change things.
