Seattle won the Super Bowl with a shut down defense but all we need is half of that one now to do it.

@sptt 144, Absolutely, and Chris Carson has been good for Seattle, but his injury isn’t serious (thankfully), and I think Seattle will be just fine with Hyde in the meantime. They’re a pass first team now. RBs are an accessory, running isn’t their philosophy. Remember, Miami then Vikings then a bye. Carson will be back by week 7.

@# freedom No they aren’t. Russ just beat Mahomes’ record for most touchdowns in the first 3 games of a season. He had 4 more touchdowns than 2nd place (14), 75% completion percentage, 900 yards, and 138.0 passer rating. Those are unbelievable numbers and he has to drag a pretty sorry defense at the same time. Mahomes and Jackson need to do A LOT more to get in the MVP conversation THIS YEAR.

Mahomes isn’t getting MVP this year. It’s either Jackson, or Wilson. As of right now, it’s Wilson. I guess we will find out in about 13 weeks.👍🏽

It’s sad because the fact he doesn’t have the best players and he elevates them should be the reason for MVP. It’s not who has the best team like Lamar that has X amount of pro bowlers. Any QB could be on that team and have a winning record. Meanwhile how many QB’s can be on the hawks team and have a winning season. That’s MVP.

I believe Russell is better than Montana was. He hasn’t had record breaking, and record holding wr’s like rice, j. Taylor, owens, ect. And he still breaking records. Not only franchise but NFL records. Some of the other QBs are rated at less years than Wilson. Like a 2 year a average a d Wilson on 8 year average is way up there, now that is consistency and Mvp at least in 2 to 3 of his 8 seasons. This MVP is a real Mvp most other ones are one year standouts and some dont make it back into considerations. Russ should of been considered in multiple past seasons. Yet the 2013 seahawks team shoulda been MVPS that year we were super underdogs to the Broncos, no 1 gave us a chance but us and out team, that’s all we needed the most Dominant superbowl ever, the fastest score in NFL history and largest margin of victory against a top record setting offense demolished them all around, that’s the energy we have as a team,
