I thought it was remarkable how Wilson picked up the playbook and terminology in 3 or 4 days and was able to play so many snaps at such a high level on Sunday, even with him coming from a similar offensive system and having played previously for McDaniel. I thought he might be on the field for 10 snaps. As somebody else posted, hopefully his tough running can help the Dolphins get more physical in the running game so they can milk the clock when they have a lead in the 4th quarter.

@Don these guys are Professionals he was supposed to be ready especially if he’s healthy.Also running back is the easiest position to transition after a trade respectfully.
Why? He played in the system before he know the scheme that’s why when he hit the hole there’s no hesitation.
@newbassplayer400 The Dolphins have different terminology, run different plays (much more pass oriented that SF ever was) and he’s going to a left handed QB and a bunch of teammates he’s never played with. He got there mid week. He’s got to know where to line up, execute play fakes, make blitz pickups, know routes. Running after he gets the ball is the easy part.

This man is going to help us in a big way. He is the perfect complement to Mostert. He is a tough runner with good speed, and Mostert is a great outside runner with elite speed.
