@Greg P lets hope they give us something to be excited about. if you look at the position groups this year vs last year there are improvements everywhere. the schedule is a bit easier this year so i think they have to win 6 or 7 games or it will be a failed season in my mind
@Ryley Richardson I don’t expect them to win any more than 4 or 5 games. There was marginal improvement in several position groups and hopefully substantial improvement in a couple of position groups. But, the bottom line is that they are still pretty damn bad. Probably bottom 5 in the league talent-wise. I think that it will be after the next draft that fans will start to see substantial improvement

Wow I’m speechless this org has really turned around in less than 2 years. Yes we havent won games as much as we wouldve liked, but we got rid of all toxicity and are doin so much to the community and that’s what counts. Proud of my Texans!!!
@Anthony Richard not 6 years I’ll say 2 or 3 if nick continues to draft this well and mills improves like he did last season we will win it all!!
To top it off, Mills only played 13 college games. I’m excited!

@NovaClapp tbh I credit the scouts for the draft. Texans always had solid mid-late round picks, acquiring talented guys has never been a problem and that’s not the coach as much as the guys behind the scenes. And with the addition of andre johnson in that room I think it’s gonna get so much better, especially drafting wrs cus that guys one of the goats in my opinion
Unfortunately we still have Jack Easterby in the building as exec VP of football operations… with no football background. But everything else trending upwards!

The most exciting thing about the upcoming season is seeing how high they’re going to pick in next year’s draft. Hopefully they will end up with Young or Stroud
