Less concerned about getting impact rookies and more interested in all current players on the roster improving and being able to raise their ability to get the team performance to the super bowl caliber competitive execution they need. Teams need to draft every year for talented, cost efficient players anyway but unless the roster itself is functioning normally, the over reliance of rookies will hurt the team every season
