It seems like once we get stoped on offense we lose so much momentum. Also Ik this video is about offense but 3rd downs for our defense has been a big issue, seems like this team is at the cusp on greatness but there’s signs of faults like last year
Defense hasn’t been bad last few games
Our problem all year is we blow em out first half then quit in second half… Happens in nearly every game… It’s always close… We never run away with it like we would if we would just stop quitting in the second half…
@Knight Light Media Exactly. Something I noticed about the Belicheck dynasty Patriots is that no matter what the score was at half they always came out swinging in the 2nd half. We need to keep the energy going all 4 quarters
@Jared F True, but I wish we could force more 3 and outs/turnovers. It seems like our defense doesn’t so much stop teams but rather relies on opponents offenses to make mistakes. The goal line fumble was pretty awesome tho

Dropped passes killed the momentum in the first half. Lazard was WIDE OPEN on the sideline with an EASY catch on 3rd down at the end of the first half and he just flat out dropped the ball. That would’ve put the Packers into scoring position for at least a field goal. They need to find a way to get Tavon Austin more involved in the offense.
No doubt drops killed drives, but this was one of the most basic offenses we’ve run . You don’t throw the house against weaker competition…Most people don’t see it this way.
My gut tells me they unleash Dillon next week against a similar opponent (Henry). I think LaFleur will want to flex 💪🏽 this aspect of his vision that hasn’t been transparent so far this season

I’ll say what Aaron won’t since he gets criticized for criticizing….it’s more on the defense. They need to get off the field on 3rd down. Otherwise, the offense won’t be able to execute and establish a rhythm. That said, this was also a trap game…just like last year when they played Carolina.

Why was their defense kicking our rears? Rodgers was beat up because he couldn’t find anyone open. This wasn’t by far the best defense we have faced.🤔🥱
Lafleur better watch film on the Titans and Henry!!! How could Rodgers only throw for 147 yds…amazing…and the drops were brutal! Use Dillon more!
I know Rodgers wants to be frustrated at the offense, but honestly his energy and approach cost the offense it’s momentum. The offense started to slack after he got pulled down near the sideline on a 3 yard run in Q2. He looked like the hit frustrated him, maybe he was a little hurt. We continued to run on nearly the rest of that drive walking into the end zone.
After that drive we did nothing. Why? I could see the look in Aaron’s eyes. He was getting frustrated cause he was taking hits and because he wasn’t going to have a big stat day for him or Davante he kinda shows it in this interview.
I think Matt and Nathaniel wanted to run more and Aaron didn’t which is why our drives after our last TD of the day was 10 pass 12 run. I noticed him throw a strange back to back WR screen in the 4th Quarter that looked like we were trying to force the passing game. The first one went for 3 yards the 2nd -1 yard and it took us to 4th down. Bad call and I’m pretty sure that was a Rodgers call at the line.
Rodgers was holding the ball a bit longer. Taking too long to make his secondary reads and the D coordinator for the Panthers capitalized. They kept putting 8 guys in the secondary and it totally distrusted the passing game. Tbh yeah guys made some drops, but Rodgers attitude was pouty and frustrated and that was before the drives started to fail. It brought down the whole offense morale. Rodgers is not like Brady who while frustrated will go rally his team on the bench. Rodgers was sitting there hands in his jacket not looking over the plays.
Rodgers only weakness to his game is he gets in his own head and it affects his team around him. If he wants to win like he has been doing all this year he needs to go back to the Rodgers of most of this season. Happy-go-lucky, encouraging Rodgers.
I really feel like Aaron made a lot of statements about his MVP status. I know he wants to be one of the few to get 3 and a superbowl win the same year of an MVP award. Hasn’t been done in 20+ years, but he needs to focus on keeping this team elevated not weighted.
Rooting for GB and Rodgers, but let’s own the mistakes and move on and be better. Go Pack go!
