@Private Look I would love to have JJ on the team but we’re not getting him. He’ll be really expensive and there are multiple free agents we’ll need to resign after this season. Bak and Jones will both be very expensive, and we also may have to resign Linsley and King. We just don’t have the cap space.

If you thought they brought in Pettine to stop the run you do not know Pettine .If you remember the Packers secondary was the issue in a big way when Pettine was hired not the run defense .
They packers get beat on the ground way more than in the air , and I’m pretty sure every team in the league knows that

No not just now , the year Aaron Rogers won mvp they were the 32nd defence in the league. It’s always been this way Aaron’s talent has just been making up for it. In the playoffs Aaron is 10-8 in all of the 8 losses packers defence let up 38 points on average .. and a lot of yards on the ground… jimmy garapolo threw 8 times last year lol and beat us
I really hate to use it as an excuse, but some of those holding penalties were very very weak. Plus picking up the flag, after the very very weak PI’s they called on us, didn’t help. I really like EQ, but that 3rd down drop was big. Also tackling…
I’d say that PI that was picked up kinda cost us the game. It was a clear PI but the refs picked up the flag and said there was no flag. We would’ve scored that drive and could’ve won the game
