@NY Finest yes Sullivan wasn’t a second round pick tho. So he should play better than Sullivan. I am not sure there is even such a thing as a Kevin King hater I mean the man was just playing bad. That being said, we need him now. But I before I start beating my chest about him let’s pray he stays healthy. I would not be shocked to hear Joe Buck on Sunday say “Kevin King has been ruled out”

@NY Finest I can’t front I was on his kneck like everybody after the title game. But we are very lucky to have him with how this year has played out injury wise

Kevin had a helluva game! He’s a beast man, so physical
If he can just be consistent with his play and stay healthy. He hasn’t picked off a pass since the season he had a career best 5 interceptions 2 seasons ago.
maybe he just need to have load management in his playing time to keep healthy.
@x. su I can see that. The one thing I’ve always admired is his willingness to come up in run support. He’s above average in coverage, but he also leaves too many plays on the field…like the interception he dropped that cost us 3 points. He doesn’t drop that pick, imagine how much harder Kansas City would have to press the rest of the game, and the momentum we coulda had.
KK was never that interception guy like Jaire. He was drafted for his coverage and speed skills. U guys need to do more homework on the draft. Lol
@ThePasterio u forget, as great as Jaire is, he’s only had a career best 2 in the regular season 2 seasons ago, while also dropping several others. He’s superior to King…and to pretty much every other corner in the league as the best corner, but let’s not dismiss King either. He just need to stay on the field. You forget, he was scouted as a 1st round comer going into the 2017 draft not for injuries along with fellow Washington corner, Sidney Jones, who got hurt during the NFL Combine.

King is so up and down at times and it’s so frustrating. One day he plays like he did as shown in this video and another game he could let up a bomb TD to an unknown guy.
He struggles with consistency. Since he makes more big plays and is faster, he has stayed ahead of Sullivan on the depth chart. I miss Shields before all of those concussions watching these two
if he played like this ind the nfcc we would be Super Bowl champs

Yeah, noticed Kevin played well. Apparently he does have the skills. He’s going to have to bring it every week. Mental/physical….hope he can….🤷🏻♂️
@jesusoftheapes yea. Many players are injured. KK deserves time to recover like anyone else. Stop being so quick to throw him away when he or someone else struggles.
@ThePasterio No, I’ve had my eye on King since college..King is on a one-year deal for a reason…to prove mental/physical consistency. I’m in his corner.

@jesusoftheapes He’s not always injured. That’s in your head. The coaches rather have him miss a few games a year than have a full time corner with less skills. The coaches understand better. That’s why their coaches.
@ThePasterio Kevin King has had nothing but injury issues since he came to the NFL. IT started with his shoulder as a rookie. He had to have surgery to repair it. Then it was his quad . Then it was his back. Injuries have literally destroyed his NFL career.
Hopefully this is the Kevin King going forward; maybe he’s finally healthy and confident.

Still woulda lost by 3 the way that game was going. He played the play itself perfectly. Not going to be so harsh as to blame him for anything there. He’s a DB and not a WR for a reason
Sometimes a different coach can bring new life to the players.
Pettine had the same coaching staff & players on defense but their numbers were no where close to this year by week 9-10
