We didn’t add a run stuffer when Fatukasi left so that will come back and haunt us BIG TIME in this game.
Having Jordan Whitehead being hurt or playing through pain makes this even worse.
Our D-line better keep us in the game or it will be embarrassing.
Their throwing offense does not scare me however what does is our offensive line having to face Myles Garrett
@Dkplaysallday Yeah Jacoby Brisset is a statue and he won’t be able to do what Lamar did. If our Dline plays as they are capbable of we can reduce them to one dimension and stuff the line of scrimmage. I don’t see our Offense doing much if anything though.

Saleh can talk all he wants but it still is about the wins. That is how he will be judged. Nothing else.
The Jet should have won that game against Baltimore but they had CRITICAL turnovers and drops in the redzone. Flacco moved the ball very well, he got them to the redzone several times, but then this happened…
Wilson drops and easy touchdown at the goal line
Conklin fumbles the ball on the 18 yard line recovered by Wilson at the 31.
Breece Hall fumbled on the 15 yard line killing the scoring drive
Carter drops a touchdown pass at the goal line
Zeurline misses a FG and a PAT costing them 4 points total
The Wilson and Carter drops at the goal line is 14 points, and the missed FG and PAT is 4 points, so that’s 18 points left on the field, then you had two other scoring drives stopped by fumbles in the redzone. So if you take the Jets nine points and add eighteen you get a final score of 27-24 but the Jets also had critical drops the redzone that might have gotten them anywhere from 3 to 14 additional points. There were critical drops and fumbles in this game, VERY CRITICAL ONES.

The Jets were in the Red Zone several times last sunday, they had a drop by Wilson at the goal line that was an easy 7 and he dropped it, you had Flacco to Conklin at the 18 yard line but he fumbled the ball and Wilson picks it up at the 31 which killed the drive and the Jets only got 3 out of it, then Breece Hall fumbled on the 15 yard line killing a scoring drive in the redzone, then Carter drops another easy pass at the goal line that would have been 7. Then Flacco finally gets 7 with a minute left in the game. THE JETS HAD PLENTY OF SCORING OPPORTUNITIES THAT WERE EITHER DROPPED OR FUMBLED, NOT FLACCO’S FAULT.

It might have been Carter, I have to watch the highlights again, but the point is the Jets left a whole lot of points on the field including 4 points by the kicker, The Jets could have scored over 30 points in this game.

Hoping Flacco can redeem himself. Anything less than 10 points by halftime pull the plug. Other than that …. Go Jets !!!
Jets gave up on the run way too early, LeFleur has no idea how to utilize this talent, I would love to see what a vet OC could do with this group, I bet a lot more, the playcalling has been atrocious since he got here, no rhythm, no consistency, he never deserved the job.

Whispers getting louder and louder, Coach Bob aint the one. Had high hopes for this dude too. He will be someone’s defensive coordinator next year. They should send his boy Douglas packing too. But unfortunately he will scapegoat the blame onto the coach.
