@coachsaleh I really hope you can provide insight/on field play by how you adjust your system for talent that you have..The measure of a good coach has always been described as a person that can use their players skills in the best position to be successful. (With respect I hope players are not expected to adopt this system regardless of what you do well/players that you have.)
