Reports: Giants have agreed to terms with CB Logan Ryan | New York Giants

Mr Mara and Dave, I have been extremely hard on both of you over the last week or two due to the injuries and holes at some serious positions. Thank you for caring enough, using that money wisely, and continuing to potentially shop around. I believe in this coaching staff, have never once given up on this organization, I know we’re headed in the right direction… There’s no reason why we can’t make a push this season now. We will continue to get better each year, but why not be playoff bound this year?! The guys/staff need to learn as much as possible from Jason Garrett, I don’t know how long he will be a giant for… His playcalling is his forte, very similar to how Josh McDaniels is! As a Play Caller he has been one of the more successful coaches in football.

Let’s not forget that peppers has played both free safety and strong safety… So whatever works best for the team, and as long as we’re getting Julien logged in there as well. It will be a very nice looking trio! If we need him on the outside, or in the slot, that adjustment can be made at any point in time. Picking up a veteran like prince would be an A+ free agency for Dave Gettleman!. Dave has done a phenomenal job with each and every draft, I’ve told fellow GiantsWFAN that this recent draft could be one that we talk about similar to the 07 draft! This draft we just had could change the face of our offense, simply with protecting our new franchise quarterback and opening holes for saquon! Let’s not forget how this will impact a player like Evan Ingram, having Jason Garrett put in his tight and specials! There is a lot to look forward to, Daniel Jones looks faster, stronger and hopefully his internal clock has improved… Where the game is simply slow down for him! Let’s continue to improve the line, go out and get a veteran DB right now, do not wait Dave till week five! We want to have a fair shot at the playoffs starting week one! You know what you’re getting with prince, every fan does… It is nothing but value, leader ship, while allowing you to keep that youth! We don’t need to spend all of our money, signing one year deals and leaving some emergency money is smart! Right now, I would consider it an emergency for CB2! We don’t want to throw the game against Pittsburgh… Let’s be smart about this! Great signing with Logan, I’ve been praying for this for the last two or three months. Good job Dave and John!!! Great culture with the team right now as well, players are buying into Joe’s scheme and style of coaching! That’s all that matters right now.
He’s missed three games, and seven seasons! We should try to find a way to lock Logan up for another two years after this! He’s only 29 years old… That is not old, especially if he’s playing in the back! Let’s see how this season goes, but a guy who can play two positions means you’re carrying one less player on the active roster! Not to mention the fact that he’s reliable

McKinney should be treated no different than Julien love, however I think love did not get the opportunity he should have earlier in the season last year! It took an injury for him to get on the field… I’m not there for practice, but I know that this kid is a ball hawk, and just a heck of a ballplayer! Smart smart kid… It’s easy for me to say now, but they were red flags regarding Baker before the draft! As far as athlete goes, it was a no brainer to take him! If we got DeAndre when he was 23 years old, it may have worked for us… Just way too immature, and has not had the guidance/coaching, and disciplinary coach to not take his BS! I’m glad that we have no Divas right now!!!
Sterling Shepard is a great player… Sometimes I feel like he tries to mimic OBJ, that’s not who he is. He has to be a leader, Forget the dancing, and it’s OK that he will never be a true WR1. Slayton may surprise the rest of us, and take over that role with no problems. Watch out for Corey Coleman, he may allow the Giants to become a New England type offense. What I mean by that is teams will not know where the ball is going, we will not have a true number one, but we will have multiple guys who are more than capable of getting open and moving the chains! Add Saquon Barkley, and Evan Engram to play the role of Gronk/Jason Witten and those chains will keep moving! Just need to block for #8!

Agreed I think from the moves made this offseason to going to get logan tells they gonna turn the corner and actually be competitive and win at least 8 games and be in playoff talks and maybe even sneak in to that last playoff spot but we’ll see… one game at a time

James Carter agree with both of you guys, there a young team and with Bradberry and Ryan at corner for Holmes and maybe Ballentine, our safety will be Peppers and Love, our linebackers looked stack and our d line looks solid, and our offense will be completely underrated and dangerous

If Ryan Plays safety Love will be at cornerback.
