    @Jason Gillis well there are limits. He will never run a 4.1. He will never throw the ball 80 yards. Every player has limits. He is the type of QB (like Lamar) that needs a run game and solid defense to be a winning QB. Malik will NEVER be a QB that wins games. He’s a game manager.

    @Kyle F Sure there are physical limits, I wasn’t saying he didn’t have those, like we all do. What I meant was the future is unknown as far as his potential, and it’s really up to him to a large degree how successful he will be. A ton of it is mindset. He has the physical attributes, kinda like Vick. He is know for his arm strength and speed. Your statement he’ll “NEVER” be a QB that wins games is pretty reckless in all honesty. Sure he is unproven in the NFL, it was his first game. Are you seriously going to tell me the that best QBs had 100+ QB ratings their first start? No there’s been some real bad starts, but that is meaningless, it takes time to build confidence and the experience will likely come for him – look at his attitude. He is a team player for sure. It’s way too early to say “NEVER” my friend. But you’re certainly entitled to your opinion!

    The Titan defense was f****n’ nasty!! Simmons, Dupree, Autry, Walker and Tart were disruptive all day.
    It was awesome that from the opening whistle the Titans stuffed HOU’s run game early and often.
    Essentially telling the Texans “You’re gonna have to make plays in the passing game to beat us.”

I like this new backup quarterback it’s hard to judge this early first start. The game is pretty fast but after a few games sometimes an entire season there comes a point where the game all of a sudden slows down in your mind even though it’s still as fast as ever mentally it slows down I think when that happens this guy has a real chance at a good future. He was very lucky or I guess you could say unlucky to get a start this early in his career. Where little was given little is required it will be interesting in a couple years but I do see a pocket passer with the ability to run when necessary. You never know, a lot of people passed on Steve McNair and this quarterback’s mindset reminds me of Steve early on but only time will tell.
