Tears of joy Hackett should’ve been fired after the 12-9 disaster vs the colts.

The Broncos, namely Elway, passed up Shanahan 2.0 for Vance Joseph. Talk about a bone head move. Since then, San Francisco has been to a super bowl and been in playoff contention year after year and the Broncos are on the 4th head coach search.
I’m thinking Paton is responsible for this disaster, he should be gone as well. He mortgaged the team’s future for the next 4 to 10 years. I still can’t understand why he didn’t keep that draft capital to go after one of the many good QBs coming out in next year’s draft. One of the best in years… Friends, unfortunately it appears we’ve become the Brown and the Lions…. and we thought Elway was bad.
Elway was part of the problem. Look at his track record. He picked Bradley Chubb over Josh Allen, Vance Joseph over Kyle Shanahan. He hired Fangio who had never coached at the HC position. Elway kept trying the free agent route with Keenum, Flacco, he tried Paxton Lynch and Drew Lock. He is the reason this team is terrible.
Did Payton hire Hackett or did Elway? I heard that Payton wanted Quinn but was overruled by Elway.
The GM is the one who made the deal for Russell Wilson he gave all those draft picks thats why everyone thought the GM job was on the line as well he was the one who hired the head coach as well

None of this matters. They can fire and hire coaches from now until doomsday. Unless they find an alternative to Russell Wilson, nothing will change. He’s the biggest problem.
No he’s a problem but not the biggest one. He has worked well with a coach in the past. Our biggest problem in Coaching our second in O-Line
@Wyatt R. He worked well with a Coach in the distance past. But it’s not 2014 and there was a reason Seattle was willing to part with a franchise QB. They saw a problem. Even Russ saw a problem. That’s why he wanted to be a pocket passer. The movement isn’t there. The quick feet are gone.

The Hackett hire was just collateral damage from not getting Rodgers. You can’t convince me that Jalen Hurts or Tua tagovailoa are better QBs than Wilson. What I see is their coaches game plan to their QB’s strengths. Just look at the Rams game, Baker looked phenomenal because Sean McVay had a perfect game plan. Unfortunately Hackett couldn’t/wouldn’t copy that plan. Give Kyle Shanahan or McVay someone like Russell Wilson and you’ll probably have a SB team.
