A defense and run game not it no more, use to be. Now we need a dualing offense, one that can be up 17, the other team come back and we can boost another 14 or more late.
We messed up, … saddle a good qb with athletic talent to a special teams hc, a military academy oc, and gave him a qb coach who last job was coaching wrs in philly. … the damage is done.
Cant correct the staffing issue and saddle them to a cap hammer qb contract, unless the qb gone take a reasonable deal, which seems he wont.
What’s a 250mill qb and a dollar tree roster, that’s real bad news, and we been down that road. Let’s do the bold move and get refreshed ideas, people and direction. Both parties can come out on top if done right.

@king shark oh its bad enough for me since last year but as long as Ravens “look” like a team that could possibility compete i dont see this formula changing much . I think as long as Lamar is here HC wont change. Remember Tyrod Taylor drafted as Raven. Lamar is the type of QB they wanted then…..
@Gary AJ …. glad you brought up tyrod, and look at flacco now, those guys prove we do not develop qbs, just hope they special and use what talent they naturally have. We need a andy reid or ala mcvay, heck even goff on a shoe string of hope bout to have the lions in the playoffs. Shows he did some developing of goff.
@king shark culture can be that secret sauce to get it it done. Deshon Elliott fairly healthy this year …hmmm. Joker has more tackles this year then any year with us.He always plays above his weight class & a little edgey pregame talk for packers game…..oh yeah.. @Gary AJ … exactly culture. We use to have a good one, and with the right guys, but now we trying to win like that again with that culture and formula but we dont have them type of guys we use to have.

They need to run the ball more. Which is hard when there is no threat of a pass. They all need to do better.
Tyler Huntley needs to have his best game yet. Last time we played them we had Lamar and they didn’t have Jamar Chase. This time they do and we don’t.
