The ravens is a great organization and does an amazing job maintaining football culture. But your failing Lamar, with your methodology:

How you approach stressing defense’s because your belief in conditioning, instead of consistently developing advantages strategically.

Organically develop passing concepts to the advantages of your QB’s arm talent, instead were trying to mimic another offense aka Kansas city.

Creating Game plan that doesn’t develop a passing rhythm for Lamar.

Requires a high efficiency passing 25 times, pressuring the QB.

Etc… there’s a lot of things wrong with the way we approach offensive football, that’s ingrained in our culture & Lamar deserves a offense that utilizes all of his talents, not one used to prove methods about football.

Get a 1# playmaker wr on offense so we can actually help Lamar develop as a passer and not make him the end all be all which has already gotten us to the playoffs 3 times in a row a imagine if he had someone else and we didn’t rely on him all the time we would already have won a super bowl

It’s not just about players this offseason we must change the offensive scheme you have to guarantee a true #1 receiver a minimum of 90 catches 1000 yards and I believe 100% in LJ’s arm to get it done

I would have been more okay with a loss if we had played a close competitive game but we didn’t, but it always feels like we’re shooting ourselves in the feet multiple times with these losses.The penalties, bad snaps, missed kicks, shanked punts. These types of losses are starting to feel familiar.
