Smh, the injuries r just so severe and pervasive throughout the team. Some guys will be ready 100%, others will not. It’ll be another season before the damage done during the 2021 season can accurately be assessed.
That’s true but compared to other scenarios I believe our depth can really help not push those guys too much

What kind of scheme is our defense this year ? Tampa 2 , Seattle cover 3 , 46 blitzing , or a disguised multiple defense
The key will be the health of both David Ojabo and Tyus Bowser to compliment Oweh. If both guys are healthy by October, this pass rush could be deadly.

This guy mike McDonald is really going to have this defense playing cohesive! Just listen to the way the guys talk about learning the scheme and his little takes on what pass rush philosophy really is… I’m excited for this defend
Ojabo is going to be a steal once he becomes healthy
This team still needs a edge rusher Justin Huston was here last year and only had 34 sacks total and 9 turnovers last year. Hopefully they can help the edges by creating more pressure from the inside. They need to sign someone who can create pressure from inside or outside . They need some one like Carlos Dunlap who can rush the passer from multiple positions since we won’t be able to get a edge rusher the D tackles are going to have to pick up their play. The Ravens did improve their D line and having a good D tackle rotation is important to the pass rush. And adding someone who can create pressure from anywhere is the most important thing for this defense. Pressure will allow this secondary to dominate the game 😃
