@TheDCGuitar13 Wink ain’t it. Every time we played a competent offensive coach we were exposed. You cant beat the explosive offenses like Buffalo Cincinnati and KC by blitzing. KC dropped 30+ on us every time we faced them since we had Lamar. Beating up on the Rookie qbs and sorry teams with the Blitz isnt going to get you far in the playoffs and neither is Greg Romans running scheme. They both needed to go imo.
Our team was built to run the ball on offense and stop the run on defense. We had 2 box safeties with Elliot and Clark for the longest time and always blitzed. MacDonald and his Zone defense is built to stop the pass. Look what Buffalo did to Tennessee, Pittsburgh and LAR. They wasn’t moving the ball until the refs killed our momentum with those penalties.

@TheDCGuitar13 I think us signing Marcus Williams, drafting David Ojabo and trying to get Za’darius Smith was us changing our roster to stop the pass to better suite MacDonalds scheme. If we had this years roster with Wink our players wouldn’t have fit the scheme he runs definitely would not have been pretty
