@Derron Everest there are many articles on it. If you could find a betting line in Vegas it would show Carson having a career ending injury.

@Derron Everest Kam had to retire because of a neck injury, I’m not sure if they are the same injuries but you can’t overlook how serious they are and how many players are forced to retire early because of them.

@283 128 i know, the soul of the seahawks died when marshawn and kam retired. kam still had 2-3 all-pro seasons left in him, and that would have cemented him as a HOF player. damn you for reminding me.

He got arrested back in February. Idk if any charges stuck. But he probably not coming back

Curhan and Haynes were devastating run blockers on the right side late in the season. They were road grading for Penny and he was getting to the second level untouched and making the most out of those runs.

He is capable of 1800+ yards if he stays healthy! I would love to see it!

If he stays healthy and keeps on busting those big plays. He’ll lead the league in rushing. He was on an absolute tear at the tail end of last year. And he’s got a chip on his shoulder.

can’t truthfully says he’s the most talented, or will be the best in 22′. much will have to do penny’s health, our offensive line and offensive philosophy, but penny certainly showcased his ability last season. the right side of the offensive line dramatically improved the 2nd half of the season and created the lanes for penny to run through. that being said its great to see penny at his peak form and what he can do when he’s healthy, he might be a top 5 talent at rb.

i do agree, however that penny and kw3 will be the best rb duo in the nfl if both stay healthy.

How exactly did Coach “grind him into dust”? Lots of other backs have heavier work loads

@Randy Renner How is it not obvious? Carroll has demanded a smash mouth style at all costs. All of our RBs get destroyed except Lynch.

@The Truth As I Know It of course they got crushed. They went for pass protectors once Russ started whining. I think I’ll wait and see how this new offense looks in year two before writing off the run game in 2022. They no longer have a whiney QB to cater to now

@Randy Renner Haha, I agree. Hollywood Wilson was bucking the system and became super unlikable.

This new running system proved itself more finesse last year than any other time under Carroll. It was definitely physical but not meat grinding. When Haynes and Curhan started on the right side late in the year we became almost unstoppable on the ground.

Bodes well for this season with the new tackles on board.
