Best team hands down

@Javon Brooks HE built our roster and drafted alot of studs? Real fans also know that our GM Tom Telesco was the person mainly responsible for that happening. Yeah, Marty Schottenheimer (RIP) also developed some great undrafted players during his tenure (Gates & Dielman are prime examples) It’s not like Lynn was ever a game-changer when it came to coaching this team. That said, I wish him the best in his future endeavors (unless he goes back to Denver someday and coaches the Broncos…)

@S-sential Bizness lynn did some great things during his tenure with us, but his situational coaching was very debatable and probably costed us a few important games. hoping he does great in Detroit but we should all be excited for what we have in store with Staley

@jacob dub PROBABLY!!? Coast us a few? 🤭

Lynn’s biggest mistake was his constant lack to show us fans his commitment as our HC. His play calls were questionable at times and he hardly made a fuss during controversial calls. He was either very reserved or didn’t care enough. Imo his best coaching decision was to keep JH as the starting QB. He could have given the job back to Tyrod if he really wanted to but he knew our best chance last season was with Herbert and because of that we know our best chance this next season and years to follow is with Herbert. This all from the offensive perspective. Now we got a HC with dominant knowledge from the Defensive perspective. With minimum talent at the o line we still were able to get 2 or 3 score leads but lost them all due to our defense giving up way too many big plays. This of course imo, is our biggest issues we need to address. We need Herbert in the game so protection is key but we can’t give up those big leads again either.

To be clear his best coaching decision *last year* was to keep Herbert as starter was what I meant to say. I wouldn’t boil down his whole career down to that one decision.

Gilbert & Fernando are a great duo!
And I agree, Herb’s genuine team first mentality mixed with his electric playmaking on the field has fans going crazy over him! Bolt Up⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
