Z, you’re smoking crack. The D line at 4?!? After Myles left last season, blocks of cheese had a better stats stopping the runs than our line did. And Vernon? What a liability. If anybody is overpaid for the stats, it’s him. It’s like you’re still buying Dorsey’s endorsement. The AFC North all improved offensively. What are we doing to address that? Our D line struggled late last year and we haven’t addressed it. We can’t put everything on Myles. Our guys really have to step up and we need to bring in a ringer like Clowney.
Andrew Billings should def help with the run. Clayborn and Jordan Elliot should be nice rotational pieces to add into it. I can see Vernon and Clayborn sharing time to keep fresh. And Elliot to push Larry O. Last year’s squad as a whole def underperformed but woods and his crew should get the most out of them. I think we could and should be in the 12-17 rank def range this year. Well see

A shortened preseason is going to make it hard for the UDFA class. There are a handful of those guys who I like a lot. I think 3 or 4 will make the opening day roster.
