The Rams run defense has come a long way. McVay’s first two years, they couldn’t stop the run to save their lives.

    Gaines has really come a long way as a run stuffer. It also helps the size they got up front now, and being able to send in big hard hitting safeties like rapp. They drafted well to stop the run.
