Some of you guys need to calm down with Gruden, Raiders took huge steps this year. Record may still be the same or slightly improve but considering how awful the D is we still managed to beat the Chiefs and Saints. Those wins will allow the team to feel more confident when going up against them next year or other teams in the playoffs potentially.
