Of course they did. Carr knows this team is good enough to win but the coaching staff doesn’t want to win with this group. It sucks because Carr has held this team on his back for years only to be stepped on and disrespected by this new coaching staff. It’s actually a spit in the face to the fans.

A good coach calls plays to their players strengths. A weak coach arrogantly forces his roster to his system regarless of the roster strengrhs. McDaniels and his ego will never learn this lesson. So just keep bagging up those L’s Joshy 2-7 with Raiders 13-24 career & counting

Josh McDonald’s is a clown 🤡 it’s very hard being a raider fan right now. And has for Derek Carr, he’s a leader, a family man, a preacher, well spoken person he has its ups and downs, but he’s great in my book. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿💯💯💯💯
it’s gone from over paying mediocre QBs and defenses to paying guys for not playing and not coaching and not even on the team. I can’t fault raider nation but when are we gonna say enough is enough with the incompetence?
So I just read (not sure how much truth there is to it but it is possible) that the reason the Raiders have not fired Mcdumass is because they are cash poor and can’t afford to fire him. So apparently he will be the coach this year and next because they can’t pay him and a new coach, this is according to Bill Plashke, forgive me if I spelled his name wrong. This would make sense though on why Mark is trying to make excuses for him because he has no other choice, at this point, I see 2 solutions. One is Magic Johnson buy’s stake in the Raiders with the condition that Mark uses that money to fire Mickey boy, probably more of a pipe dream though. The second is that Raider Nation who I would say is at least 6 to 7 million strong (ruff estimate, at least 5) puts together a go fund me for the sole purpose of firing this dumpster fire 🔥. By my estimation, if we we all put in $5 to $10 bucks, that would probably be enough…. ( not sure how much they owe this clown) What do you say Raider Nation?…. Lol
He sounds like a coach in a interview with a high school team. Great coach speak. But, there is no evidence of leadership on the pro ranks.
He’s setting up the excuses for the post-game loss
One thing we have to fix is dumb azz penalties. Those are killing us and on offense it’s seems like it’s the usual suspects. The same people all of the time.
