This game had no business being as close as it was facing a first time coach who was on his couch last week with a brand new oc.
Regardless if a mistake here and there cost us this “win”, the fact we didn’t blow out a team that seemed to be in a worse situation than us is just flat out embarrassing.

Whats going to happen is Davis is going to stick with Mcdaniels. Mcdaniels dumps Carr in the off season and drafts CJ stroud or some other “generational talent” because theyre mobile. Then, Carr’s going to take his new team that gives a damn to the playoffs while Mcdaniels gives us a 5 win season. Carr deserves better than this. He’s not the best QB in the NFL, but he’s better than a lot of super bowl winning QB’s that were no where near as talented as Carr. Difference is, their HC knew how to lead a team.

Until the Raiders take Mark Davis out of the hiring job, we will get more incompetent HC and GM choices. Seriously people, in a decade he has gone thru six HC’s and three GM’s and none of them were good hires. If a player or coach performed this bad, there would have been fired years ago.

Our entire coaching staff is horrible
We are the biggest disappointment in the NFL this year. Our defense is horrible. The offense still hasn’t meshed with this system. Is the coaching playing to the players talents or is the coaching forcing players to play the system? This system is not Raider football. Strike hard strike fast and stretch the field. Embarrassing and the organization should apologize to Raider Nation. Season ticket holder and the value of my tickets has dropped 100% with effort on the field.
The colts just proved that you can grab some dude off the street and beat the raiders. From the top down fire everyone. I guarantee you that you could bring it Charles Woodson as your DC, Ryan Fitzpatrick as OC, Rich Gannon as head coach it would be a massive improvement. Prove me wrong.

Those are the exact two plays I keep running through my head! We can’t recover the fumble all alone and Foster took his eye’s off the ball on the game winning catch that’s a must. Every loss it’s always something different. What an embarrassment to our Raider Nation.
The Raider fanbase just DONT DESERVE this. We were in the playoffs just last season, despite all the distractions. Rich Bisaccia would NEVER let this happen. We are just giving games away, in a weekly basis. Hurts to say, but I am ashamed of being a Raider.
