It’s because he’s been around Scott Turners offense almost his whole career in the NFL. He knows what Taylor’s strengths and weaknesses are, what plays he feels comfortable with and what plays he doesn’t, he knows his ceiling. Nothing against Wentz, but he has to basically learn a whole new system, with a banged up O-line that benefits from someone who can scramble instead of a traditional pocket passer that holds onto the ball a touch too long
