The Jets Pro Personnel Director Greg Nejmeh joins Richie Driss & Dan Graca. They talk to Greg about his role looking after the day-to-day operation of the pro personnel department, overseeing the free agency process and all pro player evaluations. They even get him to evaluate himself, from his days playing Quarterback at High School.

Richie and Dan discuss the latest Jets games, look back at the World Cup Final and talk about the Pro Bowl. They also chat to Ant Cook who heads up Gang Green UK, a British New York Jets fan group.

Definite name to check out should the Jets decide they need to go another direction at Punter: Blake Hayes – Former rugby player, former punter at Illinois. Considering the troubles Mann has been having this season maybe taking a look at Hayes would be worthwhile in the upcoming off season, especially now that you wouldn’t have to spend any draft capital to get him. I remember another Illinois punter that had a lot of success in the league, particularly in NY – Steve Weatherford.
