The team should go to saints template on the quarterback position would be successful, you would have legs when needed and secure passes when needed.
Washington should look at Ravens game plane against them , was a great mix of run and and short 5 8 yard passes that worked really well , stop with these side passes .
Put Alex in a position to throw the ball threw open passing lanes, don’t need any tipped passes
