1) He inherits a 1st round first-year qb…
2) He cannot meet with, and has very limited pre-season
3) He gives qb (Haskins the OWNERS pick) a chance
4) He fails, so coach moves to next man
5) Allan get injured, so he goes to old reliable (but broken) vet
They start winning and take over FIRST PLACE in division
6) Vet (Smith) gets hurt, so he has to go back to Haskins…
Please explain to ALL of us what YOU would have done, don’t FORGET owner breathing down YOUR back!
AND!!!!! Why would we believe your IGNORANT azz opinion would have us in FIRST PLACE needing maybe just 1 more win to take DIVISION!

Most Reporters don’t have a clue. Their not ex jocks. But this group in particular I personally feel like they have a journalist guideline of what they need for a podcast, and column. But they don’t have the foggiest idea about football. 97% of them nvr even played football ever.

When the Giants QB Danny “Turnover” Jones went to a club/bar without a facemask. There was very little made of it. He was fined and that was the end. The national & DC Media hat Haskins so it gets all blown up! There was no threat of benching or suspending Danny “turnover” Jones.

Man, I love the “tight ship” mentality and way of doing things that Ron Rivera has implemented in Washington. It’s just smart – giving away as little information as possible on injuries, for example, in these interviews. The calf strain is definitely a serious issue for AS11’s right leg, but I also wouldn’t be surprised if he came out looking sharp and firing. Be prepared for anything. This right here is the “behind-the-scenes” psychological warfare of football, and Ron knows how to put up a fight. Keep trucking, Ron!
