Apparently all us clowns missed his short bus. It’s week 18 of 2021. I mean, that was the last time he was injured. And that was the only way this team would stink.
Detroit Lions are beginning to play better again. Dan Campbell made the right decision to make them practice in pads again. I think that helps them to prepare better for winning teams like the Miami Dolphins.

@Sean Walters the 4-Time NFL World Champions Detroit Lions will be future Super Bowl Champions. It could happen this season and in seasons to come. It also might not be this season, but they’re going to make adjustments. Will it happen? I believe it can and will.
@Jason Tom When will the adjustments happen? They clearly aren’t happening at halftime when it matters. Division is already out of reach barring a lions-esque collapse by Minnesota or GB. The whole NFC is fighting for one wild card spot as 3 nfc East teams will likely be in the playoffs this year. The lions are the worst team in football and are already far behind the playoff race. Ain’t happening this year or any year you or I will be alive.
@Sean Walters, how is the division out of reach? Detroit Lions played 1 out of 6 division games thus far. Lions will face a tough challenge ahead against the Packers. Not the kind of start I had hoped for or anticipated for the 2022 Detroit Lions, but it is what it is. Are the playoffs completely out of reach? If the Detroit Lions make the adjustments they can to win consecutive games then it’s not. But if they continue to not win at home or away games, then yes. They’re 1-6 thus far. I agree with you on the NFC East teams.
@Jason Tom They’re 1-6. The first wild card team right now is 4-4. They had a chance to beat Minnesota and blew it like most of their other games. Like I said it would take a monumental collapse of Lion proportions for them to win the division.
A lot of IFs in your statements. They haven’t adjusted to anything all year and that’s part of the reason why the defense is going to finish as the worst in NFL history. Can’t make playoffs with that. I see them maybe beating the Bears once but other than that? No way they get another division win. Even if they won every single divisional game by a stroke of God that would require the other divisional teams to somehow lose more than half of their games the rest of the season. Not going to happen. They’ll be officially eliminated next week against GB. Perfect storm for the hapless Packers to get back on track by facing the Lions. Lions maybe get a win against the Bears, they’ll lose to NYG and then get slaughtered by Buffalo in front of the entire country. After all that, it’ll be draft talk and next season talk per usual.
Simply put if they don’t win next week the season is officially done. They effectively HAVE to win out and we both know that won’t happen. If it happens come back here and tell me I was wrong, I’ll reply and agree but I don’t think that will happen.

One of the best teams I’ve seen in my life. I’m not that old, but I can’t believe you guys don’t see all the PROGRESS in this group. Dan Campbell has them ready to run through a wall. Brad Holmes has drafted hit after hit. Even our role players are probably starters on other teams. We are building the 85 Bears defense and the 99 Rams offense. How are so many fans not seeing this?
Brad Holmes traded superbowl Stafford. Traded for sideline brockers, traded for injury prone chark, drafted bad back Levi Onwuzurike, hurt knee James Mitchell, etc. Even swift can’t stay healthy. Brad and Dan have won 4 of 23 games. It’s comical you see that as PROGRESS. Use your eyes and brain.

@Heavysoldjier Gaming keep drinking the coolaid the proof is in the pudding. Chark was injury prone before being traded for. Levi had back problems before the draft (our 2nd round pick.) What vets are currently leading this team you say? I see 90% rookies out there and a couple vets on the bench. And don’t even say Alex anzalone because whatever he is doing or saying is clearly not working. Our team is quite possibly the worst it has been in many years, typical lion fan to say “wait a couple more years and we’ll be good!”
@Heavysoldjier Gaming Meanwhile the Jets are 5-3 and in a playoff spot led by an actual coach we could have had but “he didn’t interview well” here. Lions on pace for the worst defense in NFL history and the offense has cooled off and is now ranked middle of the pack, other than scoring where they are ranked 9th but continue to trend down. DC is a 4 win coach, any other franchise he gets canned after this year but the Lions will keep him because “rebuild” or whatever. But don’t worry the proverbial scapegoat was fired even though the actual issue (DLine) is still unaddressed and that coach still has a job. After GB wins next week all Lions fans will have to talk about is the draft and next season as is tradition.
