I’m so heartbroken as a dolphins fan prayers up for my man Tua

    Raymond Long

What happened on Sunday? A concussion. And one more today, hopefully nothing more.

    Slade Western

The Dolphins cheated the player safety protocol and this is the result.

    G Ocean

@Raymond Long Never was a concussion Sunday .I don’t know who your team is but please spread lies about your own team dont worry about us

    Janrious

@G Ocean wtf were you watching his head got slammed into the turf and couldn’t walk str8 anyways fin fans next man up no excuses

    Mr Beast Mode

    Same bro

MrJuice

prayers up for tua, he was dicing up the bengals.

    Aidan Gallardo

He wasn’t dicing them. He threw an interception.

    Cannon Callahan

@Aidan Gallardo I’m starting to think you guys don’t actually watch the games must not of had Amazon he was clearly dicing them. Picks are part of the game they happen sometimes

    Alex Cleveland

yall were losing while he was out there LMFAO. Watch the game properly

    Cannon Callahan

@Alex Cleveland by 1 point and we had possession. You sound like a goofy 😂

Hunter Tims

Truly disappointed in this staff for clearing Tua to play tonight and even the second half last week. My heart goes out to Tua

    Miko Darkblade

Why? Do you have info the Dolphins didn’t have?!

M.N

Hard luck boys, stay positive! We move forward 🐬

    Alexander Hegemann

Move forward???? Tua damn near died I’ll be surprised if he plays another snap

David Weiner

Seperate comment on Tua himself. I was one of those non-believers before this season. He has shown that he can lead this team to victory with grit and fantastic play. Hate seeing this for any player, obviously hurts a lot more being the starting QB of my team, but even more so to a guy who has such a huge amount of class. I’m not a religious man but praying for Tua anyway, hoping he gets back to healthy and most importantly, with no severe long term repricussions from tonight.

Graham Sutton

Once Tua went down I stopped caring about what the result of the game would be. Felt horrible and sad to see that happen to him, especially with the start he had and proving his doubters wrong. Sending all my prayers

    David R

But you kept watching last week after he clearly suffered a serious concussion. Spare me.

    Slade Western

Are the Dolphins going to lie about this weeks concussion too? He should never have been out there and there’s plenty of doctors saying so beforehand warning this would happen.

    Janrious

Remember how all bills defense was out and y’all phins😂 said next man up #noexcuses

    Michael Salard

Agreed. I am a huge Dolphins fan and I have been my whole life. Tua was the only thing on my mind after he went down. Could not enjoy the game

    Coastie Jake

Once tua was gone it was over. It proves he is one of the best in the league. Once Tua left, the whole teams play dynamic was completely diffrent than it was the last 3 weeks

Ralph Neri

Tua is a great person on and off the field I pray he will be okay amen

Jeff Mcgiver

As a bengals fan Im happy with the outcome but sad about Tua’s injury. He’s a great player to watch and I hope he makes a speedy recovery.

    Mr. Unknown

    @Miko Darkblade Was not dirty

    Mr. Unknown

@David Weiner it was clean tua had the ball and was sacked how is that dirty i hate he was hurt but clean hit

    Miko Darkblade

@Mr. Unknown whatever dude, keep the pink glasses on

    David Weiner

@Mr. Unknown I’ve seen flags for throwing players to the ground. Add to the fact the way he did it, it looked dirty to me. Unnecessary and should have been flagged at the very least.

    Mr. Unknown

@David Weiner He didnt pick him up and throw him he pulled him down by the legs and tua hit hard thats a clean hit and everyone except some dolphins fans know it was clean

Raymond Long

This is horrible as a chiefs fan watching this. Tyreek was there from the beginning making sure his QB was okay. He just stood next to him and Tyreek shook his head in disbelief. I wish you the best Tua. I know Teddy is a great QB and you guys can rely on him for a short time hopefully. 🙏

    Raymond Long

@Jonathan V okay, he’s serviceable at best. Like brissett

    Jonathan V

@Raymond Long yes lol but we need skylar i believe he can protect our season until tua returns

    Flavorful

@Raymond Long yeah Brisket wasn’t serviceable lol. Pretty sure we lost every game with him, maybe won one? Skylar is the answer. Dude looked like a baller in preseason

    Flavorful

@Jonathan V I wanna see skylar play too. Dude looked like a champ in preseason. Can’t be worse than Teddy I’d imagine

    Jonathan V

@Flavorful exactly so might as well try him out but i doubt it

Frank Colombo

What’s even more tragic with what just happened to Tua, he laid there and first thing he wanted to do was ask for his coach.. that hurts on so many levels

    David Weiner

Imagine how it hurts as McD…..no way his head was in the game in that second half, how could it be? No exageration, his playcalling and ability to absolutely disect opponents is a huge reason we are 3-1, we need him on his game just as much as we need our starting QB back…until then…team Skynet for sure…

Luke Boyle

That is not just on the dolphins. There is an INDEPENDENT NFL DOCTOR not related to the teams that makes decisions as well. Mike and the dolphins didn’t fail here. Tua might have failed himself by pushing too hard, but ultimately this is a failure by the NFL protocol. AGAIN.

This is 2 things.
1. It shows that grass is softer than turf and your head doesn’t hit grass nearly as hard as turf.
2. It shows that even if you have a concussion and you clear protocol IMMEDIATELY. Maybe you shouldn’t be allowed to play on a Thursday night game 4 days later. That’s not a Dolphins org failure. That’s an NFL as a whole failure.

Nascar driver Alex Bowman was just put into concussion protocol today for a very minor crash Sunday.

Stop blaming Mike and the Phins for pushing Tua.

    Fabuloso

    W

    Chibi TheEdgehog

If he passed the protocol then the blame is on the protocol.

    Luke Boyle

@Chibi TheEdgehog my point. The protocol is NFL.

Matthew C

Was at the game on the verge of tears for tua. Not what he deserves

    Gregory Seabrooke

Same here. Thank you for being respectful Bengal fans while my family was deflated from the injury.

Angel Delcourt

We lost. No excuses. Congratulations Cincinnati Bengals. Go Phins! I hope and pray Tua is okay. Love my team, period. Go Phins.

    Miko Darkblade

I’m ok with losing, but they did Tua dirty and I’m not ok with that!

    David Weiner

@Miko Darkblade I agree with this. If Tua had to leave the game because his back just couldn’t go…sucks but I’m ok with that. Throwing a player on his neck/back after it was published he had a back injury is trying to hurt the player. They had a low hit on tua as well. That one linebacker tackled a guy by his neck. Look I want to let them play but they were trying to hurt people out there plain and simple…I hope the NFL reviews the tape….

Knotts 513

I’m happy he ok but he should have sat this week cuz of last week

Martin Shkreli

scary watching that game completely change for both players the fear finally hit them all. Been watching Tua since college kid plays fearless. Not so much blame needs to go to the team or coach the M.D. who checked and cleared him and the methods and procedures are a complete sham. That doctor is culpable for that.

Scruff Zilla

I know it’ll never happen, but whichever quack medically cleared Tua needs to get up there answer questions.

Piece of Mind

I’d rather just take an L any day than see something like that happen to one of these guys 🙏🏻

K S

Praying he can walk and talk and hug his family. We can worry about football after we sort out the basics. Praying for you Tua.

Ryan

“He was asking for me. When he saw me I could tell it wasnt the same guy that im used to seeing.” Damn, hope it all works out and its nothing to serious in the end. You can feel how crushed McDaniels is when he says this. Hearing the Bengals croud chant Tua when they were carting him off was pure class from Cinci Fans. Scary moment to watch. Cant imagine being a teammate.

J. Wilks

Im so damn mad about what happened to Tua, the kid will never quit, but the physicians that ended their evaluation and passed Tua as being concussion free in the Bills game were he returned have not been slammed to the ground or turf in regards to the Bengals game, ever in there life. What I saw in the Bills game was the same thing that happened to me years ago were I got a knee to the head tackling a RB at full speed. I was told after I stood up , I was down about 5 seconds and popped up , tried to take a step and fell right down, the players carried me off the field. I don’t remember anything after that…But one thing that never enter my head was to stop playing…Same with Tua…The Dolphins should have exercised a player/organizational agreement to allow the player saying I’m ok… to be overruled even when all protocols have been passed for his own safety.
