@Boss White1242 agreed.. not sure why we just abandoned the run game all of a sudden.. tonight’s game was the worst loss of the year imo.. and they’re about to get humbled again next week imo. the most disappointing thing is it seems like we’re getting out coached and McDaniel hasn’t seemed to adjust to what teams are taking away from us now and it’s easy to blame Tua which I put blame on him too but coach shoulda called some easier plays to get him in rhythm. Our defense needs to get off the field on 3rd downs too . They played good enough to win but just not good enough.. but also being on the field another 70+ plays isn’t helping
@Jason Meyers I agree , time to step up the play calling, they just seem so relax and lazy they gotta come harder and spice it up , but it’s not all on tua either them wideouts was dropping some easy balls too , cause the chargers defense really ain’t scary , they played good tho , but I blame play calling, they go no huddle for two plays then abandon it, even tom Brady abused no huddle to win a lot of his games ya gotta do what ya have to do

@Samuel Rosa Dude… the “basic offense” doesn’t cause Tyrek and Jaylen to drop the ball when they’re wide open. It also doesn’t cause Tua to overthrow or underthrow wide open receivers. The basic offense doesn’t let the opposing team’s offense drive down the field at will. The dolphins suck… get over it.
Yup, a lot of us feel for it. Time after time, we’re let down.

@DeVaughn Currie yeah I’d say they were dominant. They got consistent first downs and put up some points without relying on fluke fumble recoveries. Our defense made the golden boy Allen look like a pansy so if I were a buffalo fan I’d be happy that team disappeared and the old Miami is back otherwise I’d be a little nervous playing them again.

It’s not like these teams smashing us , our play calling just sucks right now that it spice it up , call no huddle , tua put himself on the line by running I can’t completely blame him honestly
@Boss White1242 get a QB that can play football and doesn’t need everything to be perfect every play to succeed. Look at the windows Herbert was throwing to while under pressure. Herbert can deal with messed up timing, the blitz and just out throw coverage and succeeds in a horrible offensive scheme. The reality is the dolphins just don’t have a good enough QB to deal with good nfl defenses

Did you miss the game?! Herbert had ALL DAY to throw the ball. Fins line wasnt doing NOTHING, SO much PI that wasn’t called on chargers and all the dropped passes including the Hill pass where HE WASNT EVEN LOOKING. lmfao swap QBs and same team wins.
@Ernesto Gastelum didn’t help only time we ran was when Hill came off the field. Made it easy to scheme against us. But coach Stanley is a hell of a Coach.
two weeks in a row the Phins defense gave up TD to end the half, which turned out to be the difference in both games, bad tua notwithstanding. Last week it was ill-advised zero cover blitzes on that end of half 49er TD that failed phins. This week it was calling a prevent defense on 3rd and goal at 17 yard line! WTF?
What are you talking about, we stopped LA several times and gave the ball to the offense but they went 3 and out like 6 times the offense got 10 points the other 7 were pure luck, at half we had 6 posessions one more than LA however the last one was insignificant with just several seconds on the clock, still the offense had plenty of opportunities and they had like 50 total yards at half dude and the defense had 20 min of playtime at that point, somehow they just allowed 6 points in the second half with LA having almost 40 mins of possesion.
Hill & Waddle were nursing some injuries, but man how were they not even looking for the ball on some of those plays? Ball landed next to them and they were looking at the ground or not even looking for ball? Also lost any 50/50 ball that was there fore the taking, nothing like earlier in the year. Wilson went out too, but this was lack of execution and effort more than anything else.

Yeh it was weird, Tua put the ball there and they never tried to catch it
It looked like they lost the ball in the lights or something, but something was definitely off on a couple deep balls. The middle field passes were also weird – timing was off and Tua was throwing in in coverage when they were dropping their LBs. Tua’s decision making is usually a whole lot better, but it looked like he wasn’t reading what the defense was giving him and just throwing the way the play was designed. Since the WRs were knocked off their route, Tua’s throws looked bad.

Seemed like the Fins were forcing the deep ball and thats what SD was scheming to cover. Should have carved up SD’s defense with quicker shorter routes and YAK. Gotta use Giseki more in the mix.

That’s what a lot of people seem to be missing. The scheming this game was NOT GOOD. You can’t expect any QB to come out and do nothing but sling it 20 yards downfield every pass.
Gesicki definitely needs to be more involved
4 important plays. if the first pass they called the pass interference, We’d have scored and our attitude would change. Right after They pushed X and they caught the ball long. 3. Tyreek can’t find the bomb for the TD. 4. Wadddle not even looking for the ball. If one or two of those plays were fixed we’d all be back to being happy and saying the bills r going down. This game turns on a dime for either side. Today it was chargers. Yes, we r off. Need to regroup. We will get it back. Gonna be nearly impossible to beat Buffalo, but championship teams dig deep and turn it around. Try and heal up if possible and get back at it. We aren’t winning Super Bowl if we kept playing all year like we were. Defenses win championships and especially with injuries that isn’t this years defense. So, just build the character and see what happens.
McDaniel really needs to put some Screeens in the playbook to make it dangerous to pass rush or play bump n run on the WRs. They disrupted the timing with a very very old school coverage scheme

We need to run the ball more and share the wealth with all the receivers Geski, waddle ,hill Wilson ect. I love my team the Dolphins but you need to get your act together real quick!!!!
No matter what people say about this team, the Dolphins…I will not give up on you all, I’m the biggest fan and you’re an awesome team. Whatever it is, you all need to shake it off… You all need to go out there and take what you want and be WINNERS as a team… Go Dolphins and Win…

This one is all on Tua, McDaniel and lack of preparation- we we’re outcoached for a second week. You shouldn’t expect for our defense to be out there the whole game
We were fooled- we thought we had a special team- broke my heart again
We still got a chance, wait for next week. If we dud again then I give up hope

The problem is that defenses are pressing now and forcing Tua to hit routes with precision in tight windows and he can’t do it. He’s getting uneasy too in the pocket with added pressure. That won’t be any different this upcoming week with a better backfield and the defensive front is playing lights out without Von being in the mix.
Time for mastering the no-huddle offense like the 90s Bills did. We have all the weapons to do so.
