I disagree. Theres 100% a chance to make the playoffs. The roster has proven they can make it. With the extra seed being added makes its possible. Especially if Rodgers leaves and if Harbaugh doesn’t get hired in Minnesota.

Longtime fan. Been here for the good, the bad and the ugly. Saw them win in ’85 and lose in ’06. Always a believer and Mr. Poles makes me believe. The Bears secondary needs an upgrade. O-line needs work, but I like Teven and Larry to start next year to see how they can manage the load. Chicago needs a 1,000 yard rusher to take the pressure off of Justin, I hope Luke can get the offensive scheme to work.
Bears also have the 2 headed monster in Monty and Herbert. People often overlook that

We beat the Bengals this year, they’re off to Super Bowl 56. I have hope this team can compete when healthy. The defense ran out of gas in most games. I think that was because Nagy was passing too much without success that the defense couldn’t recover to finish games.

I hope Roquan gets his extension. He worked his tail off with a hamstring injury. He should’ve made the Pro Bowl this year.

i was pretty skeptical, but yeah i agree. poles is a huge upgrade from pace.
he was just nervous at the presser. any other media i see him in im very impressed. and his presser wasnt bad just a little shaky.

I really like this dude. I didn’t know much of anything about him at the beginning of the off-season, but everything I’m hearing from him speaks to integrity, intelligence, passion, and diligence. And talk about the desires for the team? “Tough, violent, and passionate,” hell yeah Ryan bring it back man PLEASE! WE’RE ALL COUNTING ON YOU!

What I read just recently..he gets it. His take on the offensive line is my take on the offensive line. Needs a drastic change.
Not just in protection of a QB. But to set the tone. If you control the line of scrimmage…you simply win.
Real Bears hope means having a background that allows us to remember when Halas had two Hall of Fame QBs on the roster, and a potential 3rd he had just drafted, Johnny Lujack in 1948. After the season, lane asked to be traded so he could be a starter. Halas either didn’t know or bother to find out that Luckman was going to suddenly retire, and that kid Johnny was laving pro football after winning the Heisman to, of all things, sell cars for his father-in-law in Davenport, Iowa. There Halas was with ZERO QBs looking at George Blanda. People forget that with the exception of Jim McMahon (who missed many games due to injuries) the Bears have had a long history of quarterback issues. It didn’t just start with the stiffs the Bears have had since the late 1960s.
He hired the right guy with his first big decision. Good vibes so far on these new hires. Bears are going to move to Arlington Heights soon. Good place for a new Super Bowl venue. Go Bears.
