That’s the one major weakness this team has right now is the offensive playcalling cus besides all the attrition this team has had through the season the play calling should be better than it has all year Lombardi has been very inconsistent with calling good plays and consistent with calling the same stupid stuff that makes us really predictable

I’m giving Staley credit though cus I really think something has finally clicked for him now being the head coach and managing the defense but we have to get more out of Lombardi a lot of what he wants to constantly keep doing is severely limiting this offense and herbert big time

I’m hoping they can get someone to be that speed threat that’s all they have to do is play like 12 snaps give or take and just be that guh that runs go routes and stuff we need someone that can run bye a defense also that helps everyone else when they have to account for that one guy that can do that it helps Keenan ,Mike, palmer which needs to be involved more,same with Everett and parham like I would be having a lot of fun coming up with new offensive gameplans each week to help feat8these guys it’s like we barley do anything at all even to help feature Keenan and mike. It’s like.ok guys just go out there and I hope you can win your matchups and it is what it is like that’s how the offense seems he is putting way too much pressure on the offense in general especially the o-line and herbert we live in 3rd down we lead the league with the most 3rd down plays like 240 or something crazy high like that we need more plays on 1st and 2nd down that picks up 1st downs it’s like this is how joe wants this offense to be every series going 12 plays or more that puts too much pressure on your own team because mistakes happen the modern NFL is about scoring in 4-6 plays quick fast scoring plays and chunk plays unless you have a crazy good run game then your offense should focus on explosive plays as much as possible not grinding it out on long drives every time this is the big problem not enough using the weapons we do have mike is making 20 million a year to be the x wr so feature him more come up with more ways to get him the ball Staley emphasized that last year and he was doing a lot of different things this year it’s like back to a lot of what he use to do they need mike and Keenan both need 10 or more targets a game and need to use the two good TEs we have more too plus we have palmer and Carter plus they have joe reed and John hightower on the practice squad which they both have deep ball speed they need to start tinkering around and give both those guys a chance

Well if Russell Wilson it took two 1st two 2nds a day 3 pick and 3 players so its fair to say lamar probably would be worth more than that easily more than two 1st and two 2nds I dont see tom Brady doing that he knows he is starting to decline and the afc in general is way harder and the afc west with herbert and mahomes I seriously doubt he would do that

I could see the raiders trying to draft a big arm qb this offseason and not waste multiple draft picks cus realistically it would be probably lamar Jackson they would want but their is no way they are giving up all that draft capital
