Danny McCray is a real one

This feels like last year. Super bowl defense with a pedestrian offense. They have the Rush excuse until Dak is back. If they are still performing the same with Dak that won’t be a good look.

    Wilson Santiago

There are other teams that can beat the cowboys

    JJ

@Wilson Santiago 3 have not so far.

    JJ

The defense is better this year than last year.

    James Retamar

Remember Gallup and Dak have great chemistry with the way Noah and Ceedee playing add Gallup Schultz which are days favorite 2 then jes Washington returns you cooking with gas this team can be dangerous

The common denominator of all that bad QB play is terrible teams. None of those dudes world beaters but them are bad teams

    Wilson Santiago

Yeah people are to excited about beating Washington

    JJ

Joe Burrow isn’t a bad QB.

    JJ

We have to be careful screaming about Quinn when we have Micah, Diggs, Wilson, Barr, Lawrence. We have to realize the talent he has here. Malik Hooker… We’re a bit traumatized by Nolan.

This group is misleading the listeners concerning Dak. Dak is extremely, incredibly, overpaid, the Cowboys organization was over a barrel. Dak is pedestrian against good teams, his record the last 3 years proves it. Anyone who knows football and watches Cooper knows he is a quality quarterback. Tony Romo was expected to throw an interception or fumble the ball every time he came onto the field and was unsuccessful in his career and was extremely overpaid. Dak is the same. I’ve watched the cowboys since the middle 60’s and cannot believe this ownership would decide to overpay a quarterback to the extreme as they did with Romo and Dak. This notion of high yardage does not tell the story, it actually hides the truth about their ability especially concerning good teams.

Often, against good teams Dak looks like a deer in the headlights! I have a difficult time listening to sports talking heads describing Rush as nothing more than a simple 1-6 million dollar, pedestrian essentially, quarterback. He is playing like a 12-18 million quarterback at least, study the last 3 games, including the non holding calls of opposing corner backs holding and even tackling them as soon as the ball is snapped as in the Giants game where one was probably going to be a touchdown. How about the perfect throws and the drop by Lamb that was probably a TD? Where are the Superbowl victories of Rodgers, Dak and Garrett gave the only Superbowl victory to Rodgers in the Divisional game by not wanting to throw to the open receivers in the 1st half. Only wanting to throw short passes to a completely covered up Dez. Mahomes had his Superbowl handed to him on a silver platter by Jimmy G. Where are his superbowls that he has been paid for?

Details of the finer points concerning the play of Rush are not given real attention by sports talking heads, with all due respect to them. Look at Dak’s last 13 games, wow did they over pay!
