Cowboys issues = the run, gotta stop it and gotta do it.
-Defense: need a LB opposite Parsons
-Offense: Blocking TE, and a new OLINE

    Actually, I think we have most of a pretty good OL already aboard:
    Steele at RT; Collins @ RG; Tyron @ LT (We have to replace him pretty quickly) Martin @ LG and Draft a new, large, mean, nasty, ready to play C in the 1st Round (or sign one in FA, though we have SO many holes to fill on D, I don’t think that’s realistic). But I definitely agree with the basic premise you express. GOTTA have a good running game and GOTTA stop the run!!!!

Dallas Cowboys #1 most penalized team in the NFL. THAT’S THE ISSUE.
Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers can be our QB, won’t make a damn difference. Throw a 30 yrd Pass to Cooper or Lamb, it gets called back because of Connor Williams, Tyron Smith, or Collins get a holding call. Dak went from 1st and 10 to 1st and 15. Just search who has the most flags on the team.

Mike McCarthy did point out the issue ONCE..but it never got fixed. WHO is to blame? If your Offensive line is getting flagged, at what point do you start talking to your Offensive line Coach? Start benching your players. That’s discipline. If a certain player keeps getting beat switch him out with someone who wins the 1 on 1 battles.

    They tried that but the other Connor didn’t seize the opportunity. I think we should move Collins inside and put Steele back at RT. I believe he can grow into that position, building on the foundation he already laid.

    @JAHII Exactly you have the right mindset, the coaches never made the adjustments in the game. They defaulted back to the players that don’t work.

    Easiest way to fix the line. Collins at guard. Steele at right tackle. Martin at right guard. Tyron at left tackle. Need to draft or sign a young left tackle to be backup cause he will start 2-6 games. Then draft a center first or second round to start over Tyler making him a backup. Teach him some guard as well. Boom o line is fixed.

I don’t know if Nate would want to but the Cowboys should look at Nate for the oline coaching job every single thing that he has pointed out about this oline has been the real deal that has happened.

You know it’s a problem when they get to the QB with 4 lineman.. lol.. of course Dak gonna struggle trying to find a hole between 7 defenders covering 3 man.. it’s common sense..
Then when he does they drop it or there’s a flag lol.

I say put Steele back at RT where he played well. Move Collins inside to RG. Then either move Zack to C, sign one in FA or draft one. And get a very good OL Coach because the guy they got now isn’t getting it done!

lets talk about the GM and VP who gives the wrong people Big contracts, there’s a long list over the years. I’m not against players getting paid but let them go get it somewhere else. I don’t think the average fan realizes how big of cap troubles they have. 21 FA to sign, this team is going to take steps backwards personnel wise.

I have never seen so much criticism (and deserved criticism) hurled towards the OC on a team that finished #1 in Offense. It goes to show you that your eyes are seeing something the stats don’t show. I hope the Cowboys brass don’t look at the fools gold that is those stats and think nothing has to change.
