@Navon Myhand He’s rough around the edges but I think he will be a project. Gute and team are thinking long term. 12 has been hinting at retirement. Love tossed 36 and 9 before Utah State changed staff and then he fell into a different offense. Most packer fans might not feel this way but I think this will pay off down the road. This kid is going to sit behind one of the greatest to ever do it. AR12 don’t have to say one word to him. All he has to do is watch and absorb.

I understand packers fans being upset but I actually like the pick, this is future proofing to the max. If Aaron Rodgers gets a serious injury or just declines in play you dont have to worry about finding another QB. If this guy ends up anything like Patrick Mahomes fans will be ecstatic.

I still don’t understand why you trade up to get a QB who’s not even gonna play this season, and unlike Brett Favre (who was out of his prime), Aaron Rodgers still has 5 years left in him at the highest, and 3 of those 5 years are going to be good years for Rodgers.
