@A smile on my face but a Demon inside You make good points. Okay, so label all fans as fickle? I don’t think the assessment or label is conclusive, end-all accurate. Look at Raiders’ fans, Seahawks’ fans, Cowboys’ fans. Packers’ fans. Steelers’ fans. These fan bases are resilient, tough, and faithful. Hell, in this context, I would even include Browns’ fans. (Indianapolis) Colts’ fans have had two (really one) dark periods and that was from 1984-1999 (until they drafted Manning), and when Manning became a FA. From Manning’s departure to present, the Colts team has been up and down but nothing worth a fan leaving the fan base for or not watching games or buying tickets. True fans watch whether they’re losing or winning.
You make a great point with the Patriots, that’s why I didn’t list their fans above. I think they’ll fade too as you’re suggesting.
Solid points Sir. I’m just saying, the Browns’ fan has a point. Colts fans and Browns fans are in entirely different classes of loyalty. Browns’ fans (and the others I listed above) are solid. Faithful, and consistent. We’ve got a defense right now that is playing LIGHTS OUT and leading in many defensive statistical categories, but all Colts fans want to talk about is how bad the QB is playing. SMDH.

In the first half they were lighting us up, but D shut them down second half, you have to remember that 9 points came gift wrapped from rivers, and they kicked a field goal in garbage time

Colts D made him look like Aaron Rodgers in the first half. The D-line was able to get more pressure on him in the second half.
His arm is garbage. Very weak. He’s slow and can’t even step up in the pocket. He misses wide open players multiple times a game. He’s washed and the Colts are going to drag this out like they did Vinny and he’s going to cost us more games in the end. He’s a liability. I’d rather see Jacoby , he’s younger and can still get better but the Colts love their great white hypes
Dude Brissett cannot see past his first option. If the first guy he looks for is covered he gets happy feet and runs around and gets sacked. This has nothing to do with race. Phillip Rivers is better than Jacoby Brissett even being washed up. I watched every snap jacoby has played and hes just not a starting qb. Had you said start Eason I might be on board because nobody has seen him but Brissett ain’t the answer.
@Ben Official JB had 10tds 3 int at this same point last year. Phillip 4tds 3 int. JB is young and still needs to improve. Stop making excuses for a 17 yr Vet that has won nothing his entire career. JB didn’t get a fair shot.

I am gonna say this right now: Ballard should have signed Cam Newton to a one-year deal instead of Rivers. Even under a lot of pressure, dude can extend plays with his legs and still make accurate passes. The passing game would be much better and fun to watch with him.
