Well he never had a chance to see the 2017 season to fruition. In 2019, he led his team to the playoffs despite a depleted roster and then got hurt early in the playoff game.

History actually is … in 2019, with no offensive weapons, Wentz went 4-0 (with no turn overs) to put the Eagles in the playoffs. Or did you forget that part? Just admit you forgot what the actual history is. in 2017 he went 11-2 … MVP caliber, got hurt and STILL played AND scored a TD with his blown out knee to beat the rams; which gave Eagles number 1 seed.
The fact the team feels the need to rise up when their QB starter goes down shows the team had belief in that person, and now know they have to play better to get winning results without him. Hurrrr derrrrr use your brain and this thing called Reality.
Wentz will still be playing hero ball even with talent around him. The Ghost of Foles has given him PTSD. The Clowney concussion did not help matters.
