@Dr Umar Consciousness Over Coochie Well Mike Zimmer didn’t do well in interviews and didn’t get a job until he was older. He turned into a great coach. But in any job if you don’t interview well, you are less likely to be hired. Also I think a lot of teams are wary of Bienemy because they aren’t sure how involved in the offense he is. Since it seems like Andy Reid does a lot of the offense related stuff. I don’t know why people have to turn this into a race thing. Teams are going to hire whoever they think will help them the most.
Andy Reid coaching tree has a lot of HCs in NFL; the teams want those coaches to be their HC especially the offensive side.
Simply Bieniemy ruined his interviews poorly with teams, and no team wants him as HC at this point. Formal GM explained about process of hiring on PatMcafee show

@Temp Maybe you’re right but if there’s anybody in the building that needs brought up it’s Duce imo. Also, idk how head coach ready this guy is either. He was an offensive coordinator for only two years both in Indy and they really weren’t all that impressive.

I like how Tom and Ian threw on their eagles colored tie to break the news for my team. Also I can break the news that Jeff Lurie and Howie Roseman like coaches that wear visors. From Dougie P to Josh McD and Nick Sirianni being the top two options. I see a trend here.
