People that want Phil snow gone don’t understand that this defense was predicted to be the worst in the nfl. Give this guy some talent and see what he does but when you go up against 6 mvp or Super Bowl mvp in a row you may have trouble.

Keep Snow… Get better players in the offseason… Defense is one maybe 2 drafts away from being Dangerous. These players have to adjust, that’s all.. once they get nurtured to the league, it’s a different ball game… Trust the process. #KeepPounding..
