His scheme was sound going into most games. His midgame adjustments were not good. He can fix this in year 3

Bruuuuuh. U a troll. It don’t matter what a hater say. N just like ole boy said. We had garbage offense last year. Defense played a quarter more snaps than our offense on the average. N we still allowed the 2nd least yards in the league.
U do realize the last time we was ranked a top 10 DEFENSE alone right?…. U trippin. Snow is a Guru. Not at his peak yet. But he could get there by the time we get in the playoffs this year if we do. PERIOD

i think our interior is stout enough assuming derrick brown takes a step up and pairs well with ionnidis….plus yetur should step up….definitely not a top 15 d-line but i think we should hold up

Yep I’ve been saying the same thing. We are depending on alot of young players to step up. It’s doubtful that all of them will. Our depth is poor which is the reason the starters are gassed in the 4th quarter and get ran all over. But I’m hopeful Brown steps up and Ionidas gets back to his best football. As far as the rest of the young guys fingers crossed but they got to prove it. Luckily they are gonna get thier shot this year to grow.

The Panthers already hired their former defensive coordinator Steve Wilks to take over as passing game coordinator and defensive backs coach. He’s a way better coach than Snow. He was defensive coordinator for the last Panthers playoff team in 2017. He was on Rivera’s staff from 2012-17. He has more NFL experience than Snow and he has more experience as an NFL defensive coordinator than Snow. Left Carolina to be head coach of the Cardinals.
