The Colts cut guys every year and they change QBs every season. Also publicly blasting your QBs after 1 season or scapegoating them isn’t enticing to QBs. Ballard hasn’t built a Super Bowl roster and Reich hasn’t coached an AFC championship team. There are head coaches and GMs who’ve been to the Super Bowl twice in the span of five years. The Colts head coach & GM have only won 1 playoff game in the span of that time—5 years. So tell me why free agents would want to come? If you’re going to compare players you can do the same with head coaches and GMs. Just some thoughts.

    So let’s see, the Colts have signed all their pro bowlers, Buckner, the Maniac, etc… they have 70 million in cap space, defensive needs at DE, CB, offensive needs QB, TE, LT… who would you bring in and how much are you spending…
