If he keeps this up, don’t draft a QB this year. Do that a few years down the line to learn under him, don’t spend high draft capital when there are other needs.

Easy question: Just build around Geno. He won’t take a lot of $ to re-sign and his character is first-class. Might be good to draft a raw QB in a later round that is athletically gifted like Trey lance and let him develop, but I want Geno to start for at least the next 2-3 years.
