    @juvenal sanchez I like epenesa too but the more I looked into him, the more he didn’t fit our scheme. Darrell is a much better pick for what we need and what the Hawks look for.

Love the 2picks today. I was born in east TN and keep up with the Vols from here. I love Daryll he was a beast and the D was the best part of the Vols last year. The whole program has been on a 20yr slump/ curse b/c they fired Coach Fulmer but have a great coach now. I am Very excited about this and the o-lineman from LSU.

One of the worst Seahawks drafts I’ve watched.
– A first round pick on an LB – we had 9 LB’s on the roster already! Drafted two of them just last year.
– Taylor could be a steal however he seems a bit like a reach.
– Then you go ahead and draft the 30th OL to your roster in the 3rd round when you re-signed Iupati, signed Warmack and McKenzi + count on Phil Haynes to step up

    Yeah I do agree with some of that, I don’t like the idea of not prioritizing basic needs over players we might just want to add to the roster. Looking at teams like Baltimore, they went and checked off pretty much ever need they had in these first two days and their roster looks great, those holes are filled. For us it just seems like the priorities aren’t where they should be at times, we have over 15 offensive lineman signed to contract, and drafting another one while being good to protect Russ just doesn’t make much sense based on the amount we already have. We missed out on arguably the best class of receivers in the last decade (besides 2014), and a 3rd receiver was needed but we didn’t get that. Missed on a 3rd Runningback for depth, we didn’t get that either. It’s all very confusing.

    Also with Jadaveon Clowney still unsigned and us not signing Everson Griffen or trading for Yannick Ngakoue, our pass rush is still a problem. The offense seems mostly good and was spectacular before injuries but our defense still remains a big question mark. We made good moves in free agency with Quinton Dunbar and adding Bruce Irvin and resigning Jarran Reed but we’ve yet to really finish off the roster and we missed out on multiple great players who definitely could’ve done that for us. I feel like Darrell Taylor while being a talented player might’ve been a reach in the 2nd round especially with Terrell Lewis and A.J Espensa on the board, plus we could’ve added to the secondary and our Runningback core which needs help right now. It just seems like more recently we prioritize want over need in the draft, because there were so many good players available that fit our needs but we passed; hopefully we made the right decision but as of now it’s very confusing
