He’s doing it to build more trust with the players. Meyer ran our players into the ground in off season and so did Doug our last coach not our current Doug coach lol. They deserve some rest so we have no big injuries on any big players. This is a smart move by Pederson and our coaching staff and the players I’m sure appreciate it.

Coach Doug is all about development.. More one on one with reps for the rookies. Not a hard concept to understand, then again it may be for some folks.
